Austen Family Album Block 11 Friendship Square
This block looks a lot like week 5's Village Square - well, it is the same, with an added frame around the square on point.
I selected a large-scale print for the center, then concentrated on making the color value distribution different from that block - seen at this link.

I'm loving this blue and yellow color scheme. Do you have them up on your wall with a setting plan in mind?
This block is a good reminder of how to build a good collection of fabrics for a project like this. I love that large motif you selected for the centerpiece.
