Another pretty block Cheryl - I especially like the fussy cut center. When I opened up the Civil War blog this morning I was expecting a block to do with Fort Sumter; and with the resolution of the budget impasse the event to mark the 150 years since the assault on Fort Sumter can go ahead.
I am always amazed how quickly you can make up your block Cheryl!! I am just looking at it on the computer for the first time and you have completed your one. It is just so interesting reading the history of each block. I like your 'fussy centre' too - and the little white/tan squares.

This is definitely my favorite block so far!! I love the pattern, the colors, and, as usual, your unique creativity!
BTW, google says you posted this about 8 hours ago, but I am just now getting e-mail notice about it.
